My pump works but it's not pumping enough water to make the fountain work properly
In multi tiered fountains is the hole in the centre of the bowls blocked to prevent water flowing back down between the feed pipe and the hole? If not prevent water draining back in this way either by using stand pipes provided or mastic.
Check the pump is completely submerged.
Are all connections properly fitted and pipes free of kinks? You can check many connection diagrams on our 'Support' page.
Check you have the correct pump for your fountain.
