My fountain is covered in limescale, what can I do?
Limescale can be removed from painted finishes using Henri Fountain Cleaner available from Henri dealers. Old hardened deposits may take several applications to clear.
Some older Henri Fountain Cleaner is not suitable for use with Relic or Stain finishes - please check the bottle states it is suitable for Relic Finishes before using on these finishes.
To avoid limescale buildup use rain water from a water butt in your fountain. If this is not possible then Henri Water Clarifier should be used to avoid the buildup of limescale, this is particularly important if you live in an area with hard water.
