I can't get the water to flow properly.
Check there is enough water flow (check tubing is not kinked, check there is enough water in the fountian, check for blockages/ dirt).
If you are satisfied the flow is sufficient check the fountain is level; small wedges can be used to level bowls and compensate for an unveven base, try tipping the fountain very slightly to help the water to flow as desired.
Sometimes a small dab of silicon can be applied under spills as a stalactite which will help the water to flow down and fall from a spill rather than track back along the stone.
